I often wonder when I am photographing a house with a unique feature if that will make it easier or harder to sell. I of course have my opinions on that, but as i’m no real estate professional (just a real estate photographer!) I don’t really know.
This example came up yesterday…probably the most colorful floor I had seen in a long time! Great 4 bedroom split in Greely on a great lot…just had this amazing floor. Is this easier or harder to sell? What are your thoughts?
